Exceptional CSS people?

OK.

I'm looking for a couple people who are exceptionally good with CSS. And I dont mean that you've got code that you keep and cookie-cutter layouts out of. What I'm wanting is unique, original CSS that will be coded for an IPB board.

I want something that I can make multiple skins off of for my RPG. With life settling somewhat, I can devote more time to the places that matter to me, and naturally Aevum's one of them.

I'm willing to pay people (only a few, and only if they're REALLY good) to do either one layout, or a couple for Aevum.
