Wishlist 2007

# STEP ONE:
-- Make a post (public, friends locked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with,) to your LJ with a list of your holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from little to big.

# STEP TWO:
-- Surf around your friends list to see who has posted their list.
-- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true! Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have something you don't use that another wants, or perhaps the spare funds on hand to give. The point of this isn't to put people out, go for broke, or whom gets the most wishes fufilled. It is a chance to grant some one's a wish out of the goodness of your heart, because you have something to spare.
-- There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive & you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

# STEP THREE:
-- Include your contact info (e-mail for shipping address) whatever/however you are comfortable with, just in case some one dose have a physical object from your wishlist they wish to send you.

I dont know how many of you are on facebook, but over the weekend I discovered a little gem of a group.

It's called '**Facebook Must ShutDown the group :"Fuck Jesus Christ"**'

Intrigued, I wandered over to the group in question 'Fuck Jesus Christ' I figured it was a very strong stance to take, and there had to be a good reason why a person would make a group like that.

It was one of those silly inside joke things three friends made after having their coworker flip out on them for a statement they made about being Atheist. It all stemmed from a joke.

I've spent the days browsing the discussion boards, seeing the wall comments, and finally, finally someone was stupid enough to bring abortion and a woman's choice into the matter. They contested that embryos count as being alive, and that under no circumstance should they be killed.

So I told them that an embryo is nothing more than a parasite, and that all they did was feast off their host (mommy ftw!) aww. they didn't like my harsh, but completely true by scientific definition, explanation. And then I mentioned cases where the mother's body begins to attack itself in order to rid itself of the parasite (like in Scleroderma and RH Disease) the witty response I got 3 minutes later? 'should have kept it in your pants then'

head + wall = YAY.

People are idiots. because then what about the rape victim who is now suffering from should have kept it in your pants then / RH disease? What do you tell her? 'ok it is wrong too kill anything hows that for a fucking answer' yeah, sounds great. she'll love that. asshole.

This drama is providing me with many lulz. thank you christian vs. joke group!
