Ugh. PetSmart.

A few days ago our presentation manager put his two weeks in. That's fine and dandy, our Pet Care manager was great when he filled in for the other guy. So, I tell Brad I'd like to be considered for Pet Care. He gives me a blank look, says the job is 'Really tough.' and goes on about his business.
I get back today, after being off for three days in a row because he used two of my discretionary days (two days a year I can take off for any reason I want) this week without asking me - which is something he did for three other people too, and find out that he told an ASSOCIATE that he wouldn't even consider me for the job. Wouldn't consider me. He'll leave people on shifts with only one other person in the other departments because he has 3-4 associates work the day shifts with him. He reclasses everyone into the incorrect departments and frequently will leave a department uncovered for hours at a time because the wrong people are scheduled then
He treats me more like a secretary than another manager. He asked me to pick up his fucking dry cleaning today like I'm his fucking bitch. But he tried to make it okay because we had our Santa outfits there too!
He stares noticeably at women's breasts....he talks poorly of customers. He made a comment about a woman who was chipperly talking about her two cats and when she left he said 'That's the kind of woman you never want to become - the ones with two cats are always lonely for human interaction'. And today, someone was asking if we knew of any rat rescues...I was trying to tell her about the ones I know of in Texas and he butted in with 'Of course not! They just throw them in the sewers!' Knowing I have rats of my own.
The only problem with the way our hot line works is it goes straight to our district manager, who thinks he shits gold.
I'm livid. I can't see straight, and I'm shaking I'm so mad.
