This isn't what the point of the breeding season is - illegitimate puppies are NOT supposed to be so commonplace, and I'm a very firm no against this. I don't condone the attempts at giving folks a puppy just for the sake of it - it should be a reward for a pair of parents, if both aren't active unfortunately, that's just too bad. Lackluster activity from one will affect the other, and that's just how it has to be. It's not our place to try and make it work for someone, that's there job. Tossing ideas out to manipulate things for a player isn't the name of the game here. It's purely evaluating parents to see how many, if any, they deserve. If one doesn't deserve pups, neither get them then.
