Perhaps but that is not entirely true.
Because sometimes IC does affect OOC.
For example, I was just as happy as Fatalis when puppies were due.
And I know Iris was sad when Liyano and my character broke up.
I know there should be a difference, but it's not always possible :)
And I don't mean that as a bad thing per say.
