I sold my iPod touch yesterday. The guy starts sending me texts saying that 'The battery wont stay charged!' And shit. That iPod was in PERFECT condition! It's never had any issues and then the guy gets it and wtf?!

I'm pretty sure he wants to get his money back because he found a different one or something, it's ridiculous.

Apparantly he sent me a series of text last night while I was asleep.

'U sold me a product that does not work'

'I will find U'

"U dont know who ur playing with'

'I expect to here from u by 10AM today if not I will take matters into my on hands and I did get ur license plate'


I know he could not have possibly gotten my license plate, he never even glanced at my car. I left the second he walked away, so yeah. I told him the iPod is fine, leave it plugged in to let it charge because it was low when I gave it to him (I am certain he didn't plug it in at all, there just is no way.) otherwise, I don't knnow what the fuck to do. The money's gone. It went to paying the rest of our rent and some groceries. So he'd have to wait until Friday at the earliest before he'd see a cent back from me....but the iPod is fine, so I really don't want to give him anything.
