Someone broke Souls between like...4 AM and 10 AM yesterday.

Whoever that was had to be editting something on the FTP - meaning it's down to 5 people.

Kiri doesn't know what happened, I dont know what happened - whoever has the original file of 2.0 should just reupload the skin_global.php file.

It'll suck because all that work will be gone, but the board will function again.

Or, hunt down that error.

Either way, it's going to suck, but it needs to be done ASAP so the game will fucking work again. :/

I have a backup dated 24th May, but it's an extensionless file that's only restoreable from the admin cp... which is broken along with the rest of the forums. ._.

Actually, I was able to still get into the admin CP since it's on a different format than the rest of the board. It doesn't use the file that's broken.

AND KOOF. START SLEEPING. XD

Hm, wait, you guys bought your copy of IPB, right? Try contacting their support about it. I think they have both a 1-800 number and / or live chat and plenty of forums that could prod you in the right direction. I don't think you need to access the ACP with 2.0 either to restore php files, those are done via FTP or so it goes for 1.3.

I can't find a version of the fucking original file. And as far as I can see, there's nothing wrong with that file to begin with. But php (or any other language) that's partitioned into multiple files will print out an error in one file when it's really somewhere else since they're all interconnected. :| I have a backup file from 24th May, 2007, but I can't restore it without the admin cp, and that's not working either. :|

This is happening to IPB's everywhere. Like, everywhere. Aevum, Ground Zero, Impurity, Bleeding Souls, and another user on this other forum mentioned they're having some problems.

I took a look at the 'Souls stuff when I first saw the error, and it looked fine |: Everywhere opened and closed all pretty, and was fine, so I left it. Later, I counted the lines, and didn't see any problems. I retyped the quotations and it worked, but then a new error came up! D:

I tried fixing Ground Zero as well, but I don't know what happened to that, either.

We would have to talk to some IPB person to fix it I think D:
